U is the twenty-first letter of the alphabet and is the completion of the identity of the third tier. I am connected, present, and able to contain all that I am. This, knowing all that I’ve learned and integrated in the first two tiers: I am all that is, being, seeing, form, energy, in relationship, essential, eternal and complete; I am a creator, choosing, informing, in time, inside me, in the world, thinking, questioning and activating; I am connected, present and can contain all that I am.
This ability and capacity to hold, to contain as a conscious way to see one’s self and the world through the complex integration of our circumstances, as an empowered human is what is being asked of us. The U has the lovely joke that it is YOU!!
It is 3×7, so think of the dimensional relationship of role and essence. This puts us, again, squarely in the middle of an unfolding reality of a living, interconnected, unfolding essence, and the multiplicity of forms as far as the I can see.
The mastery of U is of the driver of the chariot of consciousness, holding the reins of the animal as the direction is governed by a balanced head and heart. How we hold ourselves, express our identity and are able to stand in our power are lived in U. It is the final completion of our identity, both in our collective consciousness development and through the lens of the 7th linear triad: the integration of essence.
